Health Care HR have a strict company policy that all employees have an upto date enhanced CRB/DBS check. This is to ensure that all our candidates are of the highest quality for our clients.

The main role of the DBS/CRB check is to help employers make the correct and safest recruitment decisions by preventing unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups. The DBS was established under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and merges the functions previously carried out by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA). Enhanced CRB Checks are needed  to work in many industries now under new guidelines from the government. We aim to successfully and speedily (under 2weeks) obtain official Enhanced CRB Checks (Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosures) for our employees, applicants & volunteers.

Anyone whom works with; children, the elderly or vulnerable adults must have an enhanced CRB/DBS check

Health Care HR’s company policy requires all candidates to complete an Enhanced CRB/DBS check. Enhanced CRB/DBS checks from £63.60 (inc VAT.) Here at HRUK Group Ltd we offer a full refund on CRB/DBS check once you have completed 500 hours work with us. We feel this is only fair on our candidates and no other company offers a similar refund service.
